Because our products are food and dairy-related products, customer safety and product hygiene are extremely important to us.

1. Returns

Returns are generally not accepted for products that have been delivered correctly and are in good condition.

However, if you receive a wrong, damaged, leaking, defective or tampered product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Each case will be reviewed individually.

2. Damaged or Leaking Product

If the product is damaged or leaking when received:

✔ Take clear photographs/videos of the outer package and product.
✔ Keep the original packaging and product safely.
✔ Contact us with your order number and relevant details.
✔ Our team will review the complaint and determine the appropriate resolution.

If the issue is verified, we may provide a replacement, refund or another suitable resolution depending on the circumstances.

3. Wrong Product Received

If you receive a product different from the product ordered, please contact us with your order details and photographs of the product received.

After verification, we will take appropriate action to resolve the issue.

4. Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the order has been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

5. Refunds

If a refund is approved, the refund will generally be processed through the original payment method or another suitable method, depending on the payment method and circumstances.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment service provider.

6. Non-Delivery

If an order could not be delivered due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept the package or other customer-related reasons, please contact us to discuss the available options.
