We request all customers to carefully review the product details, ingredients, usage instructions, and other relevant information before placing an order.
Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic wellness products, health supplements, oils, capsules, and personal care items, we generally do not accept returns once a product has been delivered. This policy helps maintain product hygiene, safety, and quality standards for all customers.
However, if you receive a product that is damaged during transit, defective, leaking, tampered with, or different from what was ordered, you may contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the order.
To help us investigate the issue, customers may be required to provide clear photographs or videos of the product, packaging, invoice, and shipping label.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
✔ The product received is damaged or defective.
✔ The product delivered is different from the item ordered.
✔ The order could not be delivered due to operational issues from our side.
✔ A prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch and approved by our support team.
Once the request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method used during the purchase.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds cannot be provided under the following circumstances:
✔ Change of mind after delivery.
✔ Customer dislikes the taste, fragrance, texture, or personal experience of the product.
✔ Incorrect usage of the product.
✔ Opened, used, partially consumed, or damaged products after delivery.
✔ Orders delivered successfully to the provided shipping address.
✔ Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Replacement Policy
In cases where a product is found to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, Jeevanika may provide a replacement instead of a refund, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.
Replacement requests are processed only after successful verification by our support team.
Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are generally initiated within 3 to 7 business days. Depending on your bank, payment gateway, or financial institution, it may take an additional few business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed and dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Customers are encouraged to contact our support team as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order.
